For the woman whose body has become too reactive to tolerate the very things meant to help.
A 3-month guided intensive for women struggling with histamine, urinary urgency, brain fog, fatigue, and chronic symptoms that don't fit neatly into a diagnosis.
If you feel raw and "histamine-y" after breakfast...
Have to drag yourself out of bed at 7 am (and can't fall asleep at 11 pm)...
Feel like you're shrinking your life to fit symptoms...
this was made for you.

It just seems like nobody gets it. Each time you're placed on a new med to manage one symptom or condition, something else pops up.
Even if the meds seem to help (at least for a while), it just doesn't answer the question: Why is this happening in the first place?
Meanwhile, your world keeps getting smaller. The brain fog (and fatigue) makes it hard to be productive. Sleep never feels restorative. You wake up with a headache (hangover style) and stiff neck and body that feels parched like you've just been on an 85 hour flight instead of in bed for 9+ hours.
Food? A meal isn't a meal anymore. It's a risk assessment. A negotiation between what sounds good and what your body might tolerate.
You gave up trying the naturopaths and Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners years ago, abandoned supplements still stashed on the top shelf of the kitchen cabinet.
Somewhere along the way, you decided maybe this is actually Lyme or mono or some other long forgotten infection that was never properly treated. So you tried a protocol or three and had such a terrible flare just a few days in you had to stop.
You know this isn't right. You know this isn't health.
And yet, it feels like your body is so reactive, there's not a prayer of regaining wellness. Management might be the best you can hope for.
When I finally received the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (autoimmune low thyroid) and found a thyroid literate doctor who titrated me up to a physiologic dose of thyroid hormone, I thought I'd bounce back.
By this point, it had been years. What started out as gaining weight despite no appetite, chronic UTI/IC symptoms, fatigue, exercise intolerance, a seeming inability to regulate my own body temperature, weekly headaches (so debilitating I couldn't string together a coherent sentence), and daily brain fog had morphed.
Over the years, the symptoms shifted. Some symptoms were gone. Some persisted. With the replacement dose of thyroid hormone, new ones popped up.
I'd eat breakfast and feel inflamed almost immediately. Raw. Histamine-y.
I woke up most mornings with a stiff neck, a headache, and the feeling that I'd somehow slept wrong or had a hangover like I'd drank the whole bottle even though I hadn't touched alcohol in weeks. My heart rate skyrocketed to the anaerobic zone most mornings while walking the dogs. I knew I was hypoxic. I had no idea what to do about it though.
Dragging myself out of bed even by 7 am felt impossible. My deepest sleep seemed to happen around the same time everyone else was starting their day. And despite sleeping through the alarm each morning, I often couldn't fall asleep at night.
I'd been chasing low cortisol, insulin resistance, and low thyroid for years. Now I realized, this wasn't the whole story.

Most women who find me are at their wits' end. They've already shrunk their lives down to accommodate symptoms. They've given up foods they love. Lost relationships. Stopped making plans after work. Because there's no energy.
Which brings up an interesting question... what if this isn't a histamine problem or a mast cell problem? What if it's got nothing to do with thyroid? What if it's not estrogen or DHEA or low glutathione reserves or even all the factors indicated by that OATS test?
What if it's an energy problem?
I didn't arrive at this thought lightly. I arrived there after breaking free from the most life-limiting symptom I've experienced to date: relentless urinary urgency.
The deeper I dug, the more I realized that the body's ability to regulate inflammation, clear histamine, recover from stress, and adapt to everyday life all depends on one thing: Energy.
Most approaches begin by giving the body more to process. But if the body is already struggling to produce enough energy to keep up with everyday life, asking it to do more is a bit like throwing a wet log onto a smoldering fire. More smoke. Less energy.
That's why so many people find themselves trapped in a cycle of either feeling outright worse when attempting a new protocol or with temporary improvements followed by another setback.
The body isn't refusing to get better. It simply doesn't have the bandwidth to deal with everything being asked of it right now.
I know this because I've lived it. Even when the exact right nutrients are given, if they're introduced out of order in a body actively navigating an energy deficit, the result is often worsening of symptoms. Said another way...
Even the right nutrients introduced at the wrong time can make symptoms worse when the body is operating from an energy deficit.
The solution isn't forcing the body forward.
It's expanding capacity while simultaneously improving the body's ability to clear the metabolic "exhaust" that's been accumulating along the way.
That's the work we do inside the Reclaim Wellness Intensive.
I didn't design this protocol to have you chase more exotic supplements or the latest biohacking trend. I actually didn't build this protocol for you at all. I built it for me.
I've chased the supplement trends. Tried the magic beans and the miracle elixirs. I've also tried a number of the protocols out there for chronic illness. And, none of it worked.
I abandoned all of these, either because I wasn't noticing any changes (even when giving it a good old-fashioned college try) or more often than not, because they made me flare.
Unwilling to accept the shrunk down version of the life I was living, I built my own way out of the symptom nightmare, and yes, it's become a protocol. One that works even for highly reactive bodies. The one that finally worked for me.
This protocol is what I used myself to navigate mast cell activation/histamine intolerance without throwing my body into another symptom briar patch. It's the one that helped me feel better on those morning dog walks (with a lower heart rate to boot). It's the one I now use with clients navigating IC/chronic UTI symptoms.
The goal isn't simply to help your body produce more energy. It's to help your body sustain that increased energy without becoming overwhelmed by the metabolic waste naturally created during energy production.
Every time your cells create energy, they also create exhaust. That exhaust has to leave the body. If the body can't clear that exhaust efficiently, the exhaust builds up clogging both the cell's engines and the body's detox pathways... my eloquent (and memorable) analogy is this:
What happens when you flush the toilet in your house when the city sewer is clogged? It doesn't matter how well the plumbing in the house is working, the toilet overflows and you've got a mess to clean up.
Your body works the same way.
If the downstream elimination pathways are backed up, everything upstream starts backing up too. Ultimately that metabolic waste begins driving the low energy state in the body... it's actually smoking out the engines (or if we're sticking with the plumbing analogy, it's backing up and overflowing into the house).
Every protocol I've ever tried adds to the burden of things the body has to clear without addressing that clog downstream. It's kind of like these protocols are asking an energy depleted, partially clogged body to handle more. And, a body that's in that state simply can't keep up with the extra waste being generated. I'm convinced that this is what causes the symptoms to flare, new symptoms to pop up, and what keeps you feeling like you're in a stuck cycle.
So... needless to say, the protocol I've built addresses the clog downstream first. It clears the plumbing problem expanding your body's ability to eliminate the metabolic waste created which allows the body to naturally begin producing more energy.
As the body's ability to eliminate the metabolic exhaust expands, it becomes easier for the body to create more energy. As we increase clearance capacity we simultaneously build energy capacity.
Restoring capacity isn't about doing everything at once.
It's about doing the right things in the right order so we're stoking the fire instead of quenching the embers (yep, I just switched analogies).
Over the course of 3 months, we work together to:
Expand energy and clearance capacity.
Support the body in mobilizing energy reserves with more ease.
Address the energy drains so that you're set up for long-term resilience.
Nothing is added simply because it's "good for you."
Each introduction is intentional.
Everything has a purpose.
Everything has a place.
Everything has a time.
Because when you're working with a reactive body, sequence matters just as much as the nutrients themselves.

Three Guided Protocol Workbooks
One for each month of the intensive.
Each workbook walks you through exactly what to introduce and when to introduce it.
It also includes symptom tracking, implementation guidance, and direct links to each recommended nutrient.

Guided Educational Lessons
A video accompanies every nutrient introduced.
You'll understand why the nutrient is being introduced, what it's doing in the body, and how it fits into the larger picture of supporting clearance and rebuilding energy capacity.

Weekly Hands-On Support
One 45-minute hands-on session each week, live in Encinitas.
These sessions help your body hold the expansion achieved with the protocol. They reinforce the shift out of fight-or-flight, facilitate repair, and add momentum.
Outside the Encinitas area? Everything else here is also available as a virtual Intensive. Access the virtual option.

Personalized Support
Healing isn't linear. Questions pop up.
Symptoms fluctuate.
Access me directly via Voxer throughout the intensive so you're never left navigating this on your own.
I'll be honest. This isn't the right program for everyone.
It is for the woman who's tired of managing symptoms. Who's tired of chasing diagnoses. Who's tired of knowing something is fundamentally wrong and all she's handed are band-aids to manage symptoms.
This protocol is for the woman who's ready to understand what's happening in her body instead of simply suppressing it.
It's for the woman who doesn't have the time, energy, or desire to spend the next decade of her life piecing together her own protocol from podcasts, books, Reddit threads, and practitioner appointments.
If you walk away from this page with nothing else, here's what I want you to hear. This is the thing that changed my life, the realization that made me finally understand nobody else was going to save me: Your health is your responsibility.
I'm not here as anybody's savior. I am here to guide you in reclaiming your rightful authority as sovereign over your own health. I'm here to help you understand your body, guide you through the process of regaining energy, resilience, and capacity, and teach you how to navigate the terrain of wellness with confidence.
This intensive is for the woman who's ready to stop outsourcing her health and is ready to access the knowledge to navigate her own body.
You do not have to have the bandwidth to understand every video the first time you watch it.
You do not have to become an expert in biochemistry.
And, you do not have to walk this alone. I will be there as a guide and as someone to help you through the confusing moments.
If you're ready to take an active role in your recovery, I'll meet you there.
This 3-month intensive includes:
Three guided protocol workbooks: One for each month of the intensive.
